The fixed load compartment cover SOLIDFOLD for the RAM1500 2019+ consists of specially developed honeycomb plastic. On the one hand, this allows for a high load capacity of the flat cover, on the other hand, an exceptionally low weight of only approx. 15 kg. The foldable load compartment cover for the new RAM 1500 is made in every detail from the best materials and with the highest processing quality. The alloy of the frame construction and coated polymer cover in black finish were developed in the aircraft industry and thus meet the high demands of our customers for stability, durability and comfortable handling. The "SOLIDFOLD" cover for the "All-new" RAM 2019+ 5th generation in all loading area lengths is ideally suited for UV and thermal resistance in hot summer and cold winter months.
The folding hinges of the RAM1500 / RAM2500 load compartment cover can only be moved in one direction, so that the cover cannot be opened even by manual force. The hinges of this RAM 2019+ tonneau cover consist of a glass core coated with a polymer compound. This ensures enormous resilience, durability and outstanding stability of the unique Dodge RAM cargo area cover.
The hinges of this flat cover for the Dodge RAM Crewcab and RAM Quadcab are equipped with special sealing inserts so that water cannot penetrate the cover from above. Dodge RAM loading sill installation provides the most effective seal type of all. The all-round sealing tape made of EDPM reliably keeps water out and seals permanently. Moisture that collects on the cover can drain freely from the loading area at the edges of the RAM. The type of installation also enables convenient use together with a RAMBOX.
SOLIDFOLD for the Dodge RAM is surprisingly easy and convenient to assemble - within a few minutes, one person can assemble and disassemble this unique load compartment cover without any tools. No cover adjustments are required. The loading space cover for the RAM is simply placed on the loading sill. After a brief visual inspection, the cover can be screwed on with two fastening clamps. These clips are already attached to the tonneau cover.
The Dodge RAM 1500 and RAM Classic flat cover for folding "SOLIDFOLD" offers maximum possible freedom when loading and unloading your transport goods. The cover can be completely removed from the vehicle and reinstalled in minutes. It can be folded twice and can be moved open. The folding load compartment cover can be closed permanently in two easy steps using spring clips.
