The following applies to entrepreneurs:

1. Returns of delivered parts may only be made after agreement between the supplier and customer and if the freight or transport costs are assumed and after payment of a flat-rate fee (for administration, storage) of 15% of the purchase price. The return of the goods can only be accepted in the original packaging and in perfect original condition.

2. Returns with incomplete information or due to non-redeemed cash on delivery are not justified. The customer undertakes to assume all freight and processing costs incurred by the supplier.

3. Custom-made products and parts that were manufactured and ordered at the special request of the customer are generally excluded from return

4. The return of painted parts such as hard tops, luggage compartment covers, bumpers, brackets is excluded unless there is a written agreement between the customer and the supplier regarding the return.

5. Otherwise, the provisions of our latest version of our General Terms and Conditions apply.
